To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced, committed, and versatile personality.
HR Specialist 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
Starting immediately or by arrangement.
We are an internationally active service company, and our HR department is responsible for all personnel-related matters for our employees in Switzerland, for our branch office in Bangkok, as well as for contractors employed worldwide. Furthermore, we train apprentices. We offer a dynamic, international working environment with short decision-making paths and scope for design.
In this responsible position, you will perform the following tasks
- You will operationally and administratively implement all HR processes from applicant management to terminations
- You will ensure correct and timely payroll processing, including special payments, allowances, overtime, absences, and statutory deductions
- You will prepare employment law documents such as contracts and certificates precisely and reliably
- As first-level support, you will assist and advise employees on all personnel-related questions
- You will recruit specialists, including creating and publishing job advertisements
- You will participate in personnel projects such as the digitization of HR processes and HR filing
- You will support management by preparing reports and evaluations
- You will keep an overview of working time and absence management and address supervisors in case of irregularities
Your ideal profile
- You have a commercial basic education and a federal HR specialist certificate or a comparable HR-related further education
- Your several years of professional experience in payroll and social insurance (preferably with SwissSalary) make you an expert
- You are confident in Swiss labor law and social insurance (including payroll and withholding tax)
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Ideally, you have experience in an international environment
