Wohlen is conveniently accessible by post bus from Bern. If you like nature and sports, you can take the bike. A beautiful bike path leads, for example, from Länggasse to Lake Wohlen and to Wohlen. You can reach the village from Bern main station by post bus every half hour.
Our school building is centrally located in the village with an exceptionally beautiful view of the lake and the Alpine range.
We conduct the school entry level in 4 basic levels, the following school years in two multi-grade classes each. We place great value on the social competence of our students. Tasks
Children with support needs from the basic level up to the 5th/6th grades find an optimal and relaxed setting with you. The largest workload in the coming school year is with the 3rd/4th grades. Here you also care for a bVSA child.
You work with the children individually or in groups, usually integratively in the class, and build a trusting relationship.
You work closely with the class teachers, write support and education plans if needed, and are the contact person for the parents of the children assigned to you with support needs.
Requirements
Your working days are freely selectable. You have a recognized qualification in the field of remedial education or are in training. If possible, you have experience teaching primary school children.
You enjoy working with regular school teachers and special education teachers at the school.
You are an upbeat personality, a cheerful nature, and yet a serious work ethic is important to you.
