The Directorate of Technology and Infrastructure is, thanks to its expertise, the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of electrical installations, switchgear and electrical infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar energy, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as for the maintenance of systems.
Task:
Within the technical office "Infrastructure" in Matran, you are responsible for responding to tenders in the areas of: industrial electrical infrastructures and medium voltage.
- Analyze tender documents and develop technically and financially suitable solutions
- Create/calculate/prepare offers, tender, and public procurement documents, in particular:
- Search, propose, and negotiate with efficient suppliers in collaboration with purchasing
- Develop and/or check execution plans and documents with diagrams and technical details
- Compare offers with the gross margin result
- Promote, develop, and maintain business relationships with various parties or stakeholders: planners, public authorities, industry, crafts, and private customers
- Prepare and organize project start and post-calculation meetings
- Apply applicable standards, ensure and guarantee that all safety measures at the workplace are implemented and considered at all times to protect employees' health
Profile:
- Training as a network electrician EFZ / planner / electrical installer EFZ
- Ideally complemented by a federal specialist certificate in the field
- Native German speaker or bilingual DE-FR with good French skills
- Familiar with analysis and financial follow-up
- Initiative, forward-thinking, sense of responsibility, and customer orientation
- Solid knowledge of standards and safety regulations in the medium voltage area
- Confident handling of specialized IT tools
- Solution-oriented in technology, customer satisfaction, and cost control
