Your responsibilities
- Manage the smooth running of kitchen operations and inspire your team alongside the Head Chef.
- Contribute to a varied and refined culinary offer, served to nearly 1000 diners per service.
- Accurately handle administrative aspects: orders, reception, costs, and stocks.
- Act as interim Head Chef in their absence and maintain our uncompromising standards of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and kitchen safety.
- Enjoy continuous hours, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, combining passion and work-life balance.
Your profile
- Proven experience in gourmet or starred cuisine: minimum 5 years as sous-chef in a large brigade.
- Management and organizational skills: mastery of business management processes, including cost calculation.
- Leadership and culinary excellence: passion for culinary art, attention to detail, excellence, and ability to lead a team.
- Mandatory catering training: recognized diploma in the culinary field.
