Your Impact
Setup and Operation: Independent setup and operation of presses for the production of insulation materials in a 2-shift operation
Quality Focus: You monitor the quality of the produced parts and ensure that our high standards are always met
Material Management: You take care of the provision and management of the required raw materials to ensure a smooth production flow
Order Control: You coordinate production orders independently and ensure that production runs on schedule
Quality Inspection: You conduct regular quality inspections on manufactured components – from individual parts to small series
Maintenance: You are responsible for the maintenance and care of the presses and ensure that the machines are always ready for use
Monitoring of Aids: You monitor the use of production aids and ensure that they are always available and functional
Process Improvement: You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes to further increase efficiency and quality
Your Qualifications
Completed training as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic, mold maker, carpenter, or in a similar profession with several years of experience in a comparable position
Good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
You are a team player, work independently, and bring a high level of responsibility
You have an excellent understanding of technical drawings and parts lists
You are flexible, show initiative, and have a high willingness to perform
Entrepreneurial thinking and a pronounced customer orientation characterize you
