Department:DSDCEntity:Information Technology Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN)Activities:As a digital communication specialist, you participate in defining and implementing the internal and external communication strategy of SIEN. You ensure the coherence, visibility, and enhancement of the service's identity by designing and disseminating clear, structured, and engaging messages. Through your actions, you contribute to understanding the challenges, adherence to projects, and strengthening trust between collaborators, State services, and institutional partners. You ensure proactive communication aligned with strategic priorities and contribute to the visibility and positioning of SIEN within the cantonal administration.Desired profile:Holder of a Bachelor of Arts HES in visual communication or an equivalent qualification, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. You master digital communication tools as well as print media and have a strong creative and aesthetic sense. You are autonomous, rigorous, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines.
