What you can achieve
- Ensuring the stable operation of web conferencing services with a focus on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Handling incidents and problems at the 2nd level including sustainable troubleshooting and documentation
- Implementation of changes, rollouts, tests, and introduction of new Microsoft 365 and Teams features
- Tracking Microsoft 365 changes as well as deriving and implementing the necessary operational measures
- Occasional support or consulting for Teams-based events and live broadcasts
What you bring with you
- Completed IT training EFZ or studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable
- Experience in operating Microsoft Teams and selected Microsoft 365 services
- Experience with incident, problem and change management as well as structured technical documentation
- Technical understanding of web conferencing scenarios, Microsoft Teams Rooms knowledge is an advantage
- Team-oriented, service-oriented working style as well as willingness to take responsibility in the SAFe-influenced Microsoft 365 team
