- Assistance and representation of the caretaker
- Maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and care of the property
- Maintenance, cleaning, and care of machines and equipment
- Organization and assistance with maintenance and deep cleaning
- Supervision and maintenance of the technical system
- Execution of minor repairs
Your profile
- Very good German skills
- Reliable and careful working style, computer user skills
- Resilient, good health, positive social interaction with various contact groups
- Willingness for flexible work assignments (weekends, winter service)
- Driver's license category B is an advantage
