We are looking for an
Certified Nurse 80-100% in House E
In House E, we provide compassionate and individualized care for 48 residents, mostly affected by mental illnesses and needing support in daily life. Our residents have limited mobility, and it is especially important to us to create a respectful and supportive environment for them. We place great value on needs-oriented daily activities, structured daily planning, respectful conversations, empathetic support, and the professional execution of nursing tasks. We are looking for a dedicated person who wants to contribute with heart and commitment to positively shaping the lives of our residents.
Your tasks
- Implementation of medical measures in treatment care according to medical orders to ensure high-quality medical care.
- Individual, holistic care and support of the residents, adapted to their needs and life situation.
- Care as a reference person to build a trusting relationship with the residents.
- Assumption of daily and house responsibility to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assessment and classification according to RAI/RUG to optimally plan and document care.
- Careful nursing documentation to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Your profile
- You have a completed training as a nursing professional (HF, FH, AKP, PsyKP, DN II) and bring solid expertise.
- You are characterized by commitment, responsibility, and a positive attitude that you bring to your work.
- RAI knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
