Your Tasks
In the secretariat, you will take on the following tasks in rotation:
- Together with your colleagues, you support the medical team in organizational and administrative tasks.
- You organize and plan consultations, coordinate appointments with internal and external offices
- You handle correspondence as well as general secretarial tasks and type medical reports from dictation
- In cooperation with your team colleagues, you are the competent contact person on the phone and at the reception, arranging and coordinating appointments with internal and external offices
- Depending on the need, you support the urology ward assistants, especially the ward physician, in all administrative tasks.
Your Profile
- You have completed medical or commercial training with further education as a medical secretary.
- You enjoy working with patients and organize your tasks efficiently.
- You are proficient in IT and have very good knowledge of medical terminology.
- You are a motivated, responsible, friendly, and resilient personality and appreciate working in a large team.
