Senior Support Engineer

Your mission:

As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be the direct contact for our clients and play a key role in the continuity and quality of our software solutions.

• You diagnose and resolve technical incidents in collaboration with our teams and clients.
• You fix anomalies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the solutions.
• You supervise the proper functioning of applications and provide regular reports to clients.
• You prepare and deliver regular reports to clients (errors, incidents, usage, security).
• You document and maintain the technical knowledge base.
• You develop and maintain solutions with our project teams, applying best development practices and participating in code reviews.
• Opportunity to evolve into a lead role of the support team, supervising experienced developers, coordinating activities, and sharing best practices.

Your qualifications

With over 8 years of experience in software development and proven IT support practice, you bring solid and versatile technical expertise.

• You have solid experience with IT support management processes and tools (ITSM).
• You have proven experience in Java and with the Spring framework.
• You have good knowledge of databases and SQL.
• You are accustomed to working with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• You are familiar with continuous integration and deployment, and the DevSecOps culture.
• You work efficiently under Linux command line and know how to extract logs, administer services, and configure applications.
• Experience with web technologies such as TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, Angular, or React is a plus.
• You master English both written and spoken (level C1). German is a plus.
