The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalized care for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational connections, the EMS is surrounded by a protected housing residence, a childcare center, and two colleges. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths), and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is fully secured.

We are looking for the EMS Parc de Beausobre a:

Health Assistant in Geriatric Psychiatry - PAA2 (M/F) at 80-100%

To strengthen our Psychogeriatrics 2 service at EMS Parc de Beausobre.

YOU HAVE

• A diploma as Health Assistant, ASA or recognized nursing assistant CRS.
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
• Successful experience in geriatrics or geriatric psychiatry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people.
• Gentleness and a particular sensitivity for supporting the elderly person.
• Availability to work continuous and split shifts, including some nights per month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Support residents in daily life activities.

Provide hygiene and comfort care to elderly people.

• Participate in adapting and maintaining the resident's environment with their collaboration.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for residents.
