- Ability to work in a structured, precise, and reliable manner
- Good knowledge of VectorWorks 2D, 3D terrain modeling is an advantage
- Good knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop, graphic plan drawing is an advantage
- Basic technical knowledge in construction
- Technical skills (model making in various scales)
- Proficiency in German language, spoken and written
