Job Description

The resource will be responsible for enabling data‑driven decision making across the Group by providing high‑quality information, insightful analysis and reliable data foundations. Working in close collaboration with key business stakeholders and team members, the role ensures that management has timely, relevant and well‑structured insights to support strategic planning, performance steering and continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities

• Designing, building and maintaining business and management information data infrastructure
• Developing reporting and analytics solutions to turn data into actionable business insights
• Playing a key role in enhancing the team’s data mining capabilities and acting as a data expert, providing guidance on data processing and analysis
• Staying abreast of key technical developments and trends (e.g. AI, cloud technologies) and assessing their relevance for the Group’s data and analytics landscape

Skills and experience

• University degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering
• Advanced level in data visualisation tools such as Power Query, Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for database querying and data extraction
• Analytical and structured mindset with strong communication skills
• Practical, hands‑on and problem‑solving aptitude
• Future‑oriented mindset and proactive approach to technical developments and trends in a dynamic environment
