What you can achieve with us
- You take overall responsibility for all processes from admission to discharge of residents and ensure needs-based, professional, and service-oriented nursing and care quality.
- You lead the nursing, care, and activation area operationally, personnel-wise, and professionally and ensure clear organization as well as operationally sensible workflows.
- You recruit, lead, and empower employees and continuously develop the nursing service in line with corporate goals.
- You initiate and accompany change processes and find pragmatic solutions.
- As a member of the management team, you ensure quality development and economic efficiency of the entire organization in close cooperation with the executive management and cross-departmental collaboration.
Why you will succeed
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist at tertiary level and ideally further training in leadership or organization. Leadership experience is an advantage – but more important to us is your willingness to take responsibility and competently accompany people.
- You are characterized by high professional and social competence, think entrepreneurially, act independently and at the same time networked.
- You enjoy working with people, appreciate diverse perspectives, and communicate clearly.
- Thanks to your resilience, you maintain calm and overview – even when it gets challenging.
