• Check-in, check-out as well as all classic tasks at the reception
• Excellent Protel Air knowledge is a requirement
• Management of the daily cash register, control and billing of guest bookings, revenue control
• Active participation in operational business (early and late shifts as well as on weekends)
• Updating guest data, processing emails and phone calls
• Provision of documents for external accounting and close cooperation 
• Operational support and execution of seminars, banquets, and events
• Organized collaboration and communication between kitchen, service, and housekeeping

• Completed hotel management training as well as several years of professional experience at the front office
• Very good German and English skills, another foreign language is an advantage
• Warm, authentic, and sociable personality
• Organizational skills

• Enthusiasm to share your knowledge with others
