As part of our continuous growth and to support our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and motivated individual in Lieboch from August 1, 2025 or by arrangement as

Service and Customer Service Technician for Wood Heating Systems 80% – 100% (m/f/d)

• Carrying out maintenance, inspection, and repair work on biomass heating systems (e.g., wood chip and pellet systems)
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting of heating systems on site
• Instruction of customers in the operation of heating systems
• Technical documentation of the work performed
• Support during the commissioning of new systems
• Collaboration with technical support and sales
• Communication and coordination with internal specialist departments

• Technical basic training as a mechatronics technician, construction and agricultural machinery mechanic, chimney sweep, electronics technician, plant electrician, refrigeration technician, gas and water installer, or similar
• Expertise in electrical engineering and/or mechanics
• Experience in water hydraulics (heating) and control technology is an advantage
• Solid PC user skills (reporting)
• Reliable, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Good manners, customer orientation, and a strong team spirit
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (mainly in Austria and neighboring countries)
