Do you want to be part of a team consisting of some of the country's most skilled CTS consultants? Can you involve, assist, and challenge customers in project solutions and take an active business development role in our team? Then you could be our new CTS consultant!
You will be part of our CTS team – Sustainable Buildings in Use
You will be attached to a department based in Copenhagen, but you decide whether your permanent base will be at our office in Copenhagen or Roskilde. As our new CTS consultant, you will be part of a team of over 40 specialists, where together with our other 1,200 colleagues in the construction sector in Denmark, we lead with knowledge about optimization and operation of buildings and installations. We have a strong market presence and therefore need to expand our team.

You will to a great extent help compose your daily work with varied and diverse tasks within various consulting areas and based on different customer relationships. In the role of CTS consultant, your customers will typically be municipalities, property owners, or private companies. If you have access to another customer segment, there will also be opportunities to pursue these leads. We are generally very receptive to new ideas and initiatives on how we can develop our customer portfolios and consulting, and you will thus have the opportunity to shape our business area and contribute to the department's continued development and growth.
You have:
- Strong expertise in your field and several years of experience as a consultant
- Focus on team solutions rather than individual solutions
- A good customer- and holistic-oriented approach to project solutions
- Good communication and collaboration skills with customers and colleagues
- The ability to handle tasks independently - also multiple at the same time
- A desire to develop and create new customer relationships
It is considered a plus if you have:
- A large network within the industry
- Experience with tender descriptions
- Knowledge of regulations, norms, and standards within the industry
- Knowledge of testing and balancing of installations within the industry
