Administration / IT, Medical Practice Assistance Employee: Administration Psychiatry 60%

• Completion of administrative tasks (general secretarial duties, typing, data management, controlling, performance recording)
• Taking over counter services (reception, waiting room care, telephone service)
• Performing higher-level tasks such as administrative introduction of new employees, support for offer management
• Assignments within the framework of the administration pool

• Basic training as a medical practice assistant, medical secretary, businesswoman/man or similar
• Commercial professional experience, preferably in the medical/psychiatric field
• Resilient, flexible and independent person with
  strong service and patient orientation
• IT-savvy and proficient knowledge of Office and electronic clinical information systems
