Your main tasks:
- Carrying out and monitoring inspections, repairs, installations, and recurring tests on electrical, building automation, and low-voltage systems
- Scheduling, coordinating, checking, and initiating measures based on conducted inspections
- Controlling third-party suppliers
- Accompanying conversions, acceptances, and takeovers of high and low voltage systems according to NIV requirements as well as authority inspections and projects
- Checking and creating all necessary documentation (checklists, reports, system logs, etc.) as well as legally required safety certificates according to currently valid technical and legal standards
- Contributing solutions to optimize systems and processes (e.g., energy efficiency)
- Administrative, organizational, and coordinative tasks within your own specialist area
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training
- Further training as an electrical safety advisor
- Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable function with experience in installation technology and in the operation and maintenance of building technology systems
- Additional knowledge in control technology (MSR), automation (GLT), KNX and DALI as well as general technical rules and standards (NIN, NIV, StV, EN50110, etc.)
- Good PC skills and affinity for using various specialist and company-specific tools
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English
- Careful, thorough, and structured working style as well as service-oriented and customer-friendly demeanor
