As part of our development, we are looking for a
Multisite Operations Manager
(part-time possible)
Do you have a sense of fieldwork, teamwork, and humane and responsible management? Then join our association where human relations are at the heart of every decision. In direct contact with the General Management, you oversee the operational and financial management of all sites. You ensure smooth, coherent, and quality daily operations. Through your commitment, you mobilize, support, and value the teams while supporting innovation projects. You thus contribute to making our residences places where it is good to live and work.
Your missions
- Strategic management: in close collaboration with General Management, you participate in defining, planning, and implementing the operational strategy. You ensure the alignment of operational objectives with the association's vision and values.
- Monitoring and control: you implement management, monitoring, and control tools to optimize processes. You track performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and conduct regular audits to ensure the efficiency of activities.
- Team management and development: you deploy effective human resource management systems, from recruitment to integration, including training and skills and talent development. You promote participative, stimulating, and unifying management.
We require
- Proven experience in multisite management and multidisciplinary team leadership.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector (an asset).
- Strong skills in administration and financial management.
- Assertive leadership, strategic sense, and results orientation.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in management and planning software tools.
