The Public Safety Department with the Prevention Competence Area of the Baden City Police ensures safety in Baden and the region. We are committed daily to the well-being of the population.

We are looking for immediate or agreed reinforcement who works close to young people, present in public spaces, and in tune with social developments.

Your tasks

• Show presence: Outreach prevention work in public spaces – direct, approachable, close to the target group
• Co-create instead of just executing: Actively develop and implement projects, actions, and campaigns for youth and crime prevention
• Live networks: Work closely with schools, social work, youth services, clubs, and other partners
• Be a contact person: For young people, young adults, and guardians in all preventive matters
• School prevention: Additionally, you conduct prevention lessons in crime and traffic prevention at schools throughout the contract area

Your profile

• Police basics: Professional police officer exam BBT or equivalent training
• Experience counts: At least 5 years of operational experience. You know the daily routine and its dynamics.
• Youth focus: Training as a youth caseworker or willingness to complete it. Instructor skills: Traffic and safety instructor SPI (Course 1 and 2) or willingness to complete them
• Work style: Independent, communicative, creative, and confident in dealing with different target groups
• Digitally fit: Very good Office skills and interest in digital work tools
• Flexibility: Evening and weekend deployments are part of your routine
