Living with mental impairments can be challenging - for the affected person as well as their environment. That is why the Interest Group for Social Psychiatry Zurich (IGSP) exists. It was founded over 50 years ago out of the need to offer people accompanied and supported living arrangements.
The residential home Lueg is Land in Egg offers peace and a broad view to 23 people. The size of the house allows for group activities, yet also permits individual retreat. Our work promotes the self-determination and self-responsibility of the clients. The support is based on mutually agreed goals. Starting December 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed SOCIAL PSYCHIATRY SPECIALIST 70 - 90% with training in psychiatric nursing or social pedagogy at HF/FH level as well as relevant professional experience.
Due to the team composition, a male specialist will be preferred if qualifications are equal. As a Social Psychiatry Specialist - you have a goal- and resource-oriented attitude and possess various communication techniques
- you bring professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in supported living or acute psychiatry
- you take responsibility as a reference person and support the residents in their individual development steps and in assessing their situation
