Mandatory criteria
- General nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
Type of position
- Permanent contract with an 80% activity rate - start date to be agreed

Mission (role and expectations)
- Provide adapted and personalized care to residents regardless of their life project, physical and mental state
- Ensure the overall vision of continuity of care for each resident
- Use available tools to ensure transmissions and information necessary for smooth work progress
- Supervise the work of nursing assistants and coordinate the multidisciplinary team of caregivers, ASE, interns, apprentices, civil servants
- Participate in the reception, supervision, and integration of interns and new employees
- Manage orders for equipment and medication
- Stay informed about the evolution of care techniques through continuing education
- Be a guarantor of the EMS image
Profile sought
Profile (list of main skills required for the position)
- General nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
- CAS practitioner trainer: an asset
- Experience in EMS: an asset
- HPCI responder training: an asset
- Perfect command of spoken, read, and written French
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
- Knowledge of Sadies DIR software: an asset
- Interest in elderly people and good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate leadership
- Adhere to participative management collegially and interdisciplinarily
- Show patience, tolerance, flexibility, and adaptability
