The Bike Police department ensures safety, peace, and order in the city of Winterthur through presence in the center and neighborhoods by means of preventive and repressive measures. By arrangement, we are looking for you to strengthen the small team. A demanding and versatile activity awaits you.

Your tasks

Patrol activities mainly by bike

Interventions in disturbances and conflicts

Core police tasks

Conducting controls in all police areas according to POG hotspot management

Your profile

Completed training as a police officer with federal diploma/certificate

Strong social and communication skills, confident and correct appearance

Enjoyment in dealing with people from different cultures

Very good physical and mental condition

Willingness for evening shifts and weekend duty
