Job Description

🎗️ Your role:

As a Product Owner for PLM solutions for one of our luxury clients, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and managing the product vision as well as the roadmap for PLM platforms, aligned with the group's business and technology strategy.

• Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing the needs of stakeholders in design, development, production, and logistics domains.

• Translating business needs into user stories, epics, and clear, actionable acceptance criteria for development teams.

• Leading backlog refinement activities, prioritization, and sprint planning to ensure quality feature delivery on time.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external providers to implement and evolve PLM functionalities.

• Supporting the harmonization of business processes and promoting the adoption of PLM tools within the group's various brands.

• Monitoring key performance indicators and continuously improving the PLM ecosystem to meet ever-evolving business needs.

Qualifications

🧤‍♂️ Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager with proven expertise in deploying PLM solutions.

• Good knowledge of PLM platforms, notably Centric or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, especially in the luxury, fashion, or manufacturing industry sectors.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT teams.

• Agile mindset, with hands-on experience in Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
