Your mission:
As Sales Manager International Corporate Account, you make an important contribution to the company's success. In this position, you have a lot of freedom of action, personal responsibility, and work in an exciting and dynamic environment with great sales potential.
What you can achieve with us:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, coaching, and development of a seven-member sales team in an international environment, focusing on the support of international corporate accounts
- Coordination in an international environment
- Co-responsibility for the development and implementation of the sales strategy in an international context to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets
- Support of the team regarding the further development of existing customers as well as targeted acquisition of new customers with regular visit accompaniment at the customers' premises
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Responsible for maintaining and expanding strategically important relationships with key accounts as well as handling public and private tenders together with the responsible key account managers
- Developing market penetration concepts and promoting idea collections from the team
Your qualities and achievements:
- Several years of sales and leadership experience
- Completed commercial basic training and further education in business administration, sales, or marketing
- High social skills and exemplary customer orientation
- Actively shaping and realizing developments in the team
- Native German speaker and good English skills, French is a great advantage
- Goal-oriented and energetic personality who masters challenges with solution-oriented actions
- Valid driver's license
