Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the deployment of employees, machines, and materials
• Monitor the quality of work execution and compliance with procedures and deadlines
• Ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
• Ensure that the training and instructions given to employees enable them to perform their tasks
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with current safety and environmental standards
• Manage administrative aspects (daily reports, time entry)

You bring

• Foreman diploma or equivalent training
• Proven experience of at least 7 years in a similar position in the field of civil engineering, preferably in the area of civil works
• Sense of responsibility and organization
• Assertive leadership, customer orientation, and team spirit
• Knowledge of current standards and regulations
