We are looking for experienced hospitality skilled workers from the fields of bakery & pastry/kitchen/hospitality for the late shift to join our production team immediately or by arrangement.

The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected jobs and daily structures. The employees are guided in their work by 150 skilled workers.
Your diverse tasks
- Alternating and independently managing the various positions in the bakery & pastry shop
- Independently producing our high-quality bakery and pastry products (sandwiches, tarts, aperitif products, etc.)
- Ensuring qualitative, quantitative, and timely production
- Ongoing control and monitoring of profitability
- Adhering to and continuously improving our quality standards
- Supporting, accompanying, and promoting our employees in a protected environment during their work execution
- Adhering to and implementing hygiene regulations
What you bring
- Experience as a baker/pastry chef (min. 2 years) or as a cook, career changers are also welcome
- Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
- Quick comprehension and good professional knowledge
- You are an entrepreneurial thinker and a loyal person
- Flexibility, resilience, tolerance, and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Impeccable character
Working hours are from Wednesday to Sunday, 1:30 PM to 10:15 PM.
