For our production planning, we are looking for a leadership personality immediately or by arrangement who ensures and further develops stability, transparency, and reliability in a demanding environment.Your main tasks:
- Sustainable assurance of delivery capability, economic efficiency, and planning reliability
- Leadership and further development of AVOR and production planning
- Establishment of an integrated, robust capacity and resource planning
- Active bottleneck management with clear prioritization
- Transparent control of the production program
- Ensuring high planning discipline along the entire value chain
- Participation in cross-departmental projects within the framework of digitization and modernization processes
Your profile:
- Technical basic training with further education in production planning, supply chain, or business administration
- Several years of experience in AVOR or production planning in an industrial environment
- Leadership experience and assertiveness
- Systemic, analytical thinking
- High decision-making ability even under uncertainty
- Clear, binding communication
