About the job
Since its opening in autumn 2019, "zum Acher" has established itself as a traditional restaurant with a stylish ambiance in Schwyz. With its beautiful dining room, large sun terrace, and well-equipped multipurpose room for events up to 100 people, our public restaurant is the meeting point and the center of the "village quarter for all generations" of the Acherhof Foundation.
To complement our gastronomy team, we are looking for a committed, team- and customer-oriented personality as of April 1, 2026, or by arrangement for the position of
Assistance in the Restaurant
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising, serving, and caring for our guests
- Responsibility for smooth service operations
- Supporting the service team
- Ensuring quality standards and implementing the operational concept
- Co-responsible for the HACCP concept and its compliance
You bring with you:
- Passion for warm hospitality
- Training and/or professional experience in upscale hotel or gastronomy
- Reliable and structured working style
- Good communication skills and a neat appearance
- Fluent in Swiss German or German
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays and evening shifts
