What you will do
- Independent preparation and presentation of à-la-carte dishes
- Co-responsibility for smooth operations in daily business
- Compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Participation in the development of new dishes and menus
- Support in inventory management and stock control
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Experience in à-la-carte kitchen
- Passion for fresh products and creative cuisine
- Independent and clean working style even under time pressure

The Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel is a business lifestyle hotel in the upscale segment and is located in the booming Zurich-West district. Each of the 160 hotels of the brand, located in over 35 countries, invites spontaneous discoveries and ensures that guests always leave with a new feeling for the destination.
Your place of work
Your new workplace is located in Zurich-West. The Renaissance Tower Hotel includes 252 standard rooms and 48 suites, including a Presidential Suite and a Grand Suite. 10 conference rooms, the Equinox Restaurant as well as the Lucid Bar & Lounge.
The Atelier Tavolata – a soon-to-open à-la-carte restaurant with a unique concept. We open exclusively in the evening and offer top-level experiential gastronomy. Each season we welcome a guest chef from the region who creates culinary highlights with creative dishes.
Our location places great value on smooth technical operations, where you can contribute decisively with your know-how and commitment. You work Monday to Friday, depending on the schedule.
