Polymechanic – Team Leader Assembly Mechanics – interesting permanent position

Activities

Personnel and technical leadership of up to 10 employees
Co-responsibility for safety according to SUVA guidelines
Quality control of the work performed
Co-responsible for compliance with deadlines and hourly budgets
Assistance in optimizing setup, production, and throughput times
Definition and control of material packages for assembly
Create deployment planning
Collaboration with internal departments such as engineering, commissioning, production planning, logistics, and procurement
Support with assembly activities

Requirements

Completed technical training (e.g., in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable)
Several years of professional experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing
Familiarity with SUVA guidelines and occupational safety
Experience in personnel and technical team leadership
Motivation and conflict resolution skills
Organizational and planning skills
Resilience and flexibility
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Reliability and integrity
