We are looking for energetic support for our technical testing laboratory. As an employee in the technical testing laboratory, you will work together with two colleagues in a team and perform physical tests on our products. The position can be carried out full-time or part-time (80%).

Job Description

• Creating test programs as well as proper operation of material testing machines and laboratory-specific equipment (e.g., climate chambers, 3D printers, hand measuring tools)
• Performing mechanical and physical tests on plastic components according to applicable standards, customer requirements, and internal specifications
• Supporting in-process control tests (IPK) as well as incoming goods inspections
• Proper documentation of tests, analyses, and test results
• Creating, updating, and maintaining work instructions and SOPs
• Assisting in the analysis of complaints and damage cases

Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical training in e.g. plastics technology, polymechanics, laboratory, materials testing, machining mechanics
• Experience in the workshop and with technical / physical products
• User knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel
• Experience in reporting and documentation of tests
• Experience in the plastics sector, component testing, materials testing, or laboratory environment is an advantage
• Fluent German skills, English skills are advantageous
