To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Hochdorf LU, we are looking for a competent, flexible, and proactive professional in internal sales who thinks customer- and solution-oriented and has a flair for telephone customer consulting.
Employee* Sales Internal Service (80 - 100%)
Your area of responsibility:
- After thorough training in our internal sales department, you will support our sales team at the sales location in Hochdorf.
- You process offers, orders, and tenders in the field of wood and metal furniture.
- You maintain master data in our ERP/CRM (ABACUS).
- In cooperation with our project management, our production, and our customers, you ensure timely and flawless order processing of furniture orders.
- You advise our customers by phone on furniture products and options.
- You are the contact person for our specialist dealers and ensure a partnership-based relationship and communication.
- You are the first point of contact for complaints and service requests. Together with production and customer managers, you coordinate a quick and satisfactory customer service.
- With your thinking and actions, you contribute to ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Your profile:
- With your positive and communicative nature, you act proactively in the interest of customer satisfaction and the company.
- You have a technical or commercial basic education EFZ.
- You enjoy daily contact with our customers and our employees in furniture production.
- You have good IT skills (ERP/CRM ABACUS, MS Office), ideally related to industry/technology.
- You are proficient in German spoken and written; good French skills would also be highly desirable.
- You work efficiently and carefully and have good organizational skills as well as initiative.
- A quick grasp, networked thinking, and joy in communication are among your characteristics.
