Your Tasks
- Order preparation (AVOR) from proALPHA (paint control station) and profile log with appropriate priority, batch formation and optimal color sequence
- Coordination of sequences and priorities with upstream departments
- Informing customers about quality issues, delivery delays, etc.
- Feedback of operational data into the ERP system
- Ensuring material availability (powder, operating and auxiliary materials) based on the forecasted demand using the ERP system (proALPHA)
- Order and process handling according to internal instructions and the process manual using internal systems (proALPHA, error management, etc.)
- Continuous improvement of order processing and processes regarding quality, adherence to deadlines, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness
Your Profile
- Very good technical understanding and manual skills
- Experience in production operations, preferably in production planning
- Good knowledge of order planning/control
- Knowledge of automated powder coating is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP programs
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Organizational talent with a cool head
- High quality awareness
