To complete the SAGITTAIRE educational team, a living place for 7 residents with intellectual disabilities with or without associated disorders, we are looking for a Certified Social Educator (M/F) at a 70%-80% activity rate.

Mission

You contribute to the well-being of the residents, ensure them the greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You guarantee daily educational support. You aim to increase and maintain their skills; you support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network.

Responsibilities

Design and implement individual and collective socio-educational support.

Develop educational strategies adapted to the different needs of the residents (intellectual disability with or without associated disorders).

Work in an interdisciplinary manner to address complex and heterogeneous issues.

Promote the integration of the resident's family and close ones in the development and monitoring of their individual project. Actively collaborate with internal and external networks.

Participate in the selection, setup, and animation of relaxation and leisure activities.

Ensure administrative tasks related to residents and the educational team.

Desired profile

CFC ASE, ES or HES diploma in specialized education.

Significant experience in supporting people with intellectual disabilities with or without associated disorders.

Interest in individualized support and regular coordination of group activities.

Strong motivation for developing new educational actions and interest in diversifying skills.

Ease in teamwork and communication, sharing tasks.

Driving license B essential.

Work environment
