What you will do here
- Collaborate in research projects in child, youth, and family services as well as child and adult protection, and plan, acquire, conduct, lead, and evaluate initial research and development projects
- Write initial scientific and professional publications
- Participate in teaching in the bachelor's degree program (conduct courses and supervise student papers, internships, and bachelor theses)
- Take on further content-related and organizational tasks at the Institute for Childhood, Youth, Family
What you ideally bring with you
- Master's degree in Social Work (obtained or imminent)
- Practical experience in child and youth welfare and/or child and/or adult protection
- Knowledge of qualitative social research desired, ideally in the mentioned subject area
- Initial experience in university teaching and further training in university didactics or willingness to acquire/complete this promptly
- Motivation to develop a profile in university teaching and research and actively shape your own development
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills are an advantage
