Career Starter Upper Valais* – Your Springboard to the Future!

We are looking for a trainee (80 – 100%)

Start: Autumn 2025 or Spring 2026 | Duration: 18 months | Assignments: 6 months at Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn | 6 months at Lonza AG | 6 months at RWO (Regional and Economic Center Upper Valais)

Your Field of Activity

• During 18 months, you will get to know three exciting organizations – and contribute to key future topics
• You will take on tasks and work on real projects in the areas of corporate development, strategy & digitalization
• You will develop creative approaches and new ideas in topics such as innovation, sustainability & corporate culture
• You will take responsibility and actively shape change

What You Bring

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field 
• You are enthusiastic about project work, new ideas, and interdisciplinary collaboration 
• You work independently, structured, and can win others over to your ideas 
• You are an organizational and communication talent and ideally have already gained some experience in project management
• You are flexible and open to new things
