Polymechanic (Assembly)
Activities
- Assemble and inspect assemblies and finished products according to work order and drawing
- Independently inspect finished products
- Final inspection or checking of products for order compliance according to test protocols
- Mechanical adjustments to individual parts (if necessary)
- Active and flexible action to ensure orders are delivered on time and with the right quality
- Support in optimizing processes and fixtures for more efficient work
- Prepare production orders (partially independent setup)
- Flexible deployment in other departments (production, welding, warehouse)
- Participate in quality and lean projects
- Active support and independent implementation of continuous improvement tasks
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ with a focus on assembly or many years of experience in an industrial environment assembling more complex assemblies
- Joy and interest in the profession
