About the job
In daily service, an independent station is managed autonomously and the culinary experience is actively accompanied.
- Attending to guests from reception to farewell including order taking and guest guidance
- Ensuring professional food and beverage service at Michelin level according to standards
- Independent management of your own station
- Close and ongoing coordination with the kitchen during service
- Billing and collection at your own station
- Preparation of mise en place for a smooth service process
We are looking for a service-oriented personality with development potential and joy in quality.
- Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist is an advantage
- Professional experience in upscale gastronomy or service environment
- Willingness to further develop professional knowledge in food and beverage service
- Independent and structured way of working
- Host personality with team orientation
- Good German and English skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
