Technical Caretaker with IT Affinity 100%

Are you a doer with technical understanding? As a caretaker, you are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and preservation of the value of our buildings and ensure logistics. You guarantee the smooth operation of all technical systems and cleanliness at all locations. We are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality to start immediately or by arrangement. • You ensure ongoing operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining building technical systems including documentation in the CAFM.
• You organize and coordinate assignments of external service providers.
• You are the contact person for tenants and users of the buildings for inquiries and problems (ticket system in CAFM).
• You are responsible for organizing and carrying out smaller moves.
• You participate in building logistics (delivery and distribution of goods and furniture).
• You prepare the rooms and AV technology for events including cleanup.

• You have completed training in caretaking, facility maintenance, or a basic technical apprenticeship EFZ and have relevant professional experience in facility management.
• You are IT-affine and can independently operate complex building control systems.
• You are characterized by your structured and efficient way of working as well as your organizational skills.
• You have good IT user skills, especially in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel).
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
• You hold a category B driving license.
