YOUR TASKS

• Implementing the planned orders and assigning them to the employees
• Professional leadership and support of the employees in your shift
• Ensuring the required deadlines, quality, and production guidelines while maintaining economical production
• Implementing the lean concept in the sense of the KVP process
• Resolving equipment malfunctions
• Implementing the defined EKAS guidelines

YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE

• Completed vocational training as an industrial painter EFZ, possibly car painter
• Further training as a specialist in industrial painting
• Several years of solid professional experience
• Initial leadership experience
• Further training in commercial or technical fields, good PC skills
• High sense of responsibility
• Has a high degree of initiative
• Possesses a structured way of working, is goal-oriented
• Can assert themselves
• Possesses intercultural competence and is team- and communication-capable
