Administration Employee with HR 80 - 90%

• Support at reception, you provide information to residents and assist guests/visitors
• You handle the daily mail and coordinate various appointments
• Regular control and accounting of the cash register
• For the monthly billing to residents and external service recipients, you record various services
• You support the team with contract creation and resident administration as well as HR-related tasks
• Processing various correspondence and emails
• General administrative tasks

• Training as a commercial clerk or equivalent education
• Experience in accounting and accustomed to working with numbers
• Professional experience in personnel administration
• You always offer a smile and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
• You enjoy working and interacting with elderly people
• You think in a networked way and can understand processes
• High commitment, teamwork, and resilience characterize you
