• Deputizing for the department head during absence
• Operation and monitoring of the building management system
• Troubleshooting technical faults
• Maintenance, servicing and repair of technical systems
• Administration and programming of the electronic key system
• Support of sound, video and telephone technology
• Outdoor work including winter service
• On-call duty, emergency deployments as well as transport and courier services

• Completed training in the field of electrical, sanitary or facility maintenance
• Experience in training apprentices or willingness to do so
