• The focus of your activity is the professional handling of incoming customer inquiries from owners of single-family (EFH) and multi-family houses (MFH). You provide well-founded advice, capture customer needs, and create convincing offers within a given framework.
• In addition, acquiring new customers is also part of the job.
• You work both on-site with customers and in the office, accompanying projects from consultation to order. In doing so, you collaborate with various departments such as project management.
• You keep yourself informed about innovations (trade fairs, training, network) and actively bring new impulses into the team.

• Completed basic education (EFZ) in the construction industry, electrical field, or a similar environment, ideally with business flair or corresponding further training.
• Practical experience with PV projects as well as a good sense for creating sustainable solutions.
• Sales is in your blood. You recognize opportunities, understand customer needs already in the first conversation, and passionately pursue the path to a successful conclusion.
• You are strong in communication, have a winning appearance, and are enthusiastic. You find it easy to build relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• High independence: You organize yourself responsibly, plan your work independently, and find solution-oriented ways.
• You have a passion for the PV business and a high willingness to learn. You acquire knowledge independently and actively get involved.
