WinGD is looking for a
Development Engineer Maintenance Tools
Responsibilities:
- Developing concepts and tools for the maintenance of 2-stroke marine engines
- Elaborate 3D models, drawings and parts lists in NX CAD and Teamcenter PLM system
- Carry out finite elements analysis with ANSYS FEM and evaluate the results (optional)
- Cooperate with the local R&D team and work out suitable solutions
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers (engine builders, shipyards, etc.)
- Collaborate with our outsourcing partners in China, Korea and India and ensure best drawing quality
- Manage the lifecycles of the engines with PLM system
- Ensure quality control according to standards, guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Service engineer, mechanical engineer or assembly technician who is interested to work in the design area (hands on experience in heavy industries preferred)
- Knowledge of 3D CAD (preferred NX) and Product Lifecycle Management (preferred Teamcenter) is benifical
- Good command of English is mandatory, German language is beneficial
- Highly motivated and willing to learn fast
- Self-driven personality
- Team player mentality
