Job Description

Focus on leadership and organizational tasks

• Overall responsibility for the housekeeping area
• Consistent employee management to create the best possible and personalized guest experience
• Quality and efficiency improvement through optimization of processes, controls, and organization using quality standards
• Ensuring economical and ecological use of materials
• Creating a motivated and efficient working atmosphere, including promoting team spirit and employees' expertise

Qualifications

• Completed training as a housekeeping specialist with leadership experience
• Very good German and English skills
• Organizational talent with a pronounced service and host mentality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and affinity for numbers
• Consistent leader with high social competence and communication skills
• Resilient and flexible
