As part of the "Digital Customer Platforms" team, you work closely with property management, customer care, technical services, and external technology partners.
Our goal is to significantly reduce the effort for manual processes before and during the rental period, use data purposefully, and thereby offer our tenants a modern, efficient, and largely automated service experience.
For this, we are looking for you as a Product Owner: You further develop services around renting and living and elevate them to a new level through the intelligent fusion of organization, processes, and state-of-the-art technologies.
Your workplace is our headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon, with the possibility to work partially from home.
What you will move:
- In this role, you are responsible for digital services throughout the entire rental period and ensure that they are designed to be as automated, efficient, and user-friendly as possible.
- You specifically develop self-service functionalities in the tenant portal and continuously optimize the user experience for tenants.
- To relieve customer service, you design and develop AI-supported chat flows and automated service processes.
- By identifying manual workflows, you derive concrete measures and convert them into digital, automated solutions.
- You build an effective quality and process monitoring system, analyze service and usage data, and derive data-based optimizations.
- In close collaboration with internal departments and external partners, you evaluate modern technologies and ensure seamless integration into the existing platform.
- From idea generation through requirements definition and prioritization to implementation, testing, and go-live support, you manage the end-to-end development of digital services.
What you bring:
- You have a degree in a technical or digitally oriented field (e.g., computer science, business informatics, data/process engineering) and bring relevant professional experience of 3-5 years in digital, analytical, or process-related roles.
- You are passionate about learning and further developing real estate and service processes with digital solutions and enjoy identifying and implementing automation potentials.
- Your strong analytical and systemic thinking enables you to quickly grasp complex relationships in digital products, logically structure them, and translate them into practical, implementable solutions.
- You have high competence in interface management, process logic, and technical workflows and bring experience with tools for analyzing system behavior and optimizing automated processes.
- You have solid experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and interdisciplinary teams; you communicate technical matters clearly and understandably and systematically document insights.
- You quantify and derive business value as well as the corresponding implementation efforts, prioritize automation potentials, and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
- You are a proactive, solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills and very good German and English skills.
