- Take on client-side overall project management of construction projects, focusing on the phases of strategic planning, preliminary studies, and selection procedures
- Lead feasibility studies, competitions, study assignments, and planner selection procedures for construction projects of the City of Bern
- Develop solution strategies, project definitions, credit applications, and reports
- Lead planning teams and coordinate the different requirements
- Monitor costs, schedules, and services
- Education as an architect ETH/FH or equivalent
- Experience in client-side project management
